Delivery delays caused by courier or external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, holidays) are beyond our control.

Please ensure accurate delivery information; we are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Jewellery items once sold cannot be returned unless received in damaged or defective condition.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging with all certifications.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Custom or engraved jewellery is not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.

All gold jewellery sold is BIS-hallmarked for purity assurance.
Gemstones and diamonds come with certification from recognized gemological institutions (where applicable).
We do not provide warranties on damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
