However, because jewellery is a high-value and customized product, certain rules apply to returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You have reported the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, seals, and certificates intact.

  • The return is approved by our support team after proper verification.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery.

  • Items modified, resized, or altered after purchase.

  • Jewellery showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components.

  • Earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@shriandaljewellery.com with your order ID, photos/videos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Our team will verify your claim and respond within 2 business days.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange safe pickup through a trusted courier partner or advise you on secure return shipment.

  4. The item must reach us within 7 days of return approval.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

  • If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.) within 7 – 10 business days.

  • In case of COD (cash on delivery) orders, you may be asked to share bank details for refund.

  • Shipping charges, insurance, or payment-gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange your jewellery for another item of equal or higher value after approval.

  • Price differences (if any) must be paid before dispatching the replacement product.

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if production or dispatch has not yet begun.

  • Once the order is processed or customized, cancellation is not possible.

  • Any refund on cancellation (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of payment-gateway charges.

6. Damage During Transit

We take every precaution to pack jewellery securely.
If your item arrives damaged, please take unboxing photos/videos and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
